Today marks six years ago that my sister died. I'll call my mom in a bit when I head down to Starbucks. Walked five miles today, five miles on Monday, ten miles on Sunday with five runs up the BC stairs. Faltering a bit lately on stairs. Need to clean that up. Sunday marked 1582 days, or 226 weeks, without a drink.
