Day of fitness

Sunday 4/21/24
Will get back at everything in a few hours. Need to do better, work harder. These are important days.
A lot of fitness today.
Ran 10,000 stairs at City Hall without stopping. That's more than two straight hours of stair running.
Sounds like fun, right?
Did 200 push-ups.
Walked nine miles.
And did a circuit in the Bunker Hill Monument just to keep my legs honest.
My ankles were a little sore after. That happens on days like this. Made some peppermint tea--which acts as an anti-inflammation agent--after, rather than take Advil, which I try to avoid save with migraines.
Today marks 2842 days, or 406 weeks, without a drink.
