Just filling in the blanks of some recent fitness matters.
On Friday I ran 3000 stairs and did 100 push-ups. On Saturday I ran 3000 stairs, did 200 push-ups, and walked three miles. On Sunday I ran 10,000 stairs and did 100 push-ups. On Monday I ran 3000 stairs, did 100 push-ups, and walked twelve miles. Yesterday I did three circuits in the Monument, 100 push-ups, and walked three miles. I'm getting a little stronger and it shows in the triceps. More reps in many of these push-up sets I'm doing now. For instance, did a set of forty. First time I'd done that since I've been doing them properly.
Sunday marked 2744 days, or 392 weeks, without a drink.
