Re-start. Start by starting. If the start does not take, start again. One moment more becomes many moments more. The day is gotten to because it was created in the moments and what was done during them.

If I was a small dog in the northeast I'd want to have sweaters that I wore on long winter walks.

If I was a bird, I'd like to be a snowy owl. I'm not saying only a snowy owl. But if it worked out that way, I'd be pleased.

Hair is getting long. Starting to curl in back.

CVS doesn't stock no-fat milk anymore, apparently. Had to get some at the 7-Eleven. For my heart. Strong heart, strong will.

Workouts have been poor to non-existent. Walked three miles yesterday and did 300 push-ups. Just to do something. My right elbow has a tendency to want to extend slightly outward. Keep it tight it and locked in place. Doing a push-up is like pushing a man in the chest.

Watched The Harvey Girls the other night. Phil Spector said something to the effect that you don't know how great Elvis Presley is, because he's so great. He was correct. The same can be said about Judy Garland.

Rafael Devers made a remark about how Red Sox ownership failed to get the team what it needs, which would be pitching. This is setting up to be a disaster of a season. The players know these things.

Lay in bed thinking about another ghost story. I fall asleep and wake up a couple hours later and I'm immediately in my thoughts about what I am creating. There is no gap. It's instant.

Hockey East will certainly get three teams in the tournament, very likely four, and possibly five. I think Maine is dangerous.

Bruins beat the Oilers in Edmonton last night in OT. Blew a three-goal lead, but it's the Oilers. Haven't looked at the stat sheet, but did note yesterday that McDavid had twelve points I think it was in his last five games, all assists. What a player he is. I'd written that he was unlikely to take the Art Ross this year after his slow start, but he might do it yet. A big game or two--and he had 6 assists in a game recently--and he's right there.

Heard a mourning dove this morning. Hadn't heard one in a few months.
