Government agent letter

Tuesday 7/16/24

Regarding the affair--on the tax side of things--with The Wall Street Journal. I'll be getting out what I have to be getting out as pertains to the pieces of excrement in human form that are James Taranto and Eric Gibson.

Dear Ms. (),

Hope I'm not creating more work for you in sending along one more thing for you to look at, but I just wanted to thank you for your professionalism and the kindness you showed me. I received the state's letter today saying that my multi-year nightmare created by one of my employers was finally at an end. You had called me first thing on a Monday morning about a month and a half ago, knowing I'd likely be awake because of the time I'd left you a message on the Saturday prior. You gave me good info and helped put my mind at ease, and even told me to "go out and enjoy the day." I suspect that yours is often a thankless job, so I wanted to make sure to express my gratitude--it made a difference in what had been a very stressful, and dilatory, situation for me. And now I no longer have to follow the mailman home when I see him, which is probably better for the both of us. Thank you again. Yours, Colin Fleming
