The fourth-to-last thing you want to be in this world is virtuous.
The third-to-last thing you want to be in this world is intelligent.
The second-to-last thing you want to be in this world is great.
The very last thing you want to be in this world is a combination of the above.
The more you're any of these things, the worse it is.
That's the sliding scale.
