Updating the health record.
Friday was that day I was caught out in the storm. Walked five miles, did 100 push-ups, and single circuit in the Bunker Hill Monument.
Walked five miles, did 100 push-ups, and completed five circuits in the Bunker Hill Monument on Saturday.
Yesterday I walked five miles again, did another 100 push-ups, and ran 105 circuits of stairs at the Connecticut gate on Bunker Hill Day. Did those 105 circuits without stopping. About an hour of stair running.
I've kept to everything with this new dietary approach. I did give up any bread, as I said I would. It's pretty bland what I eat, but it's all for this bigger cause and purpose.
Stocked up on straight-from-the-bog cranberry juice.
I guess I'm technically a pollotarian.
Yesterday marked 2898 days, or 414 weeks, without a drink.
