Did another 100 push-ups yesterday to bring the day's total to 300 and also walked five miles to go along with the six I ran.
Today I did 200 push-ups, ran 5000 stairs at City Hall, and walked nine miles.
I don't know what was wrong with me, but I had a bout of lightheadedness, which isn't something that ever happens with me, but I was really woozy at one point and I felt like it was possible I could collapse. But then I drank some cocoanut water and lots of regular water. Also had an issue with some pretty intense cramping. I believe I was dehydrated.
I bought some grains because I have been reading about how much they help with heart health and I have things to endure and people to end--in terms of their careers, that is--and places to get to and my heart must be strong in every way.
Today marked 2772 days, or 396 weeks, without a drink. That's important.
